Mobile soda bar
We started on the road
Before the Main Street counter, Sip Well was a pop-up. A regular slot at GastroPark in West Hartford, and a vendor table on the card show circuit around Connecticut and up into New England.
That has not stopped. We still bring the whole bar — the bases, the syrup wall, the cream and the cold foam — and build drinks to order in front of your guests, the same way we do in the shop.
What it suits
Weddings, offices, parties
A soda bar works where a bar does not. Weddings where a good chunk of the room is not drinking, office events, birthdays, graduations, church and school functions, and card shows.
Because seven of our fourteen drinks are prebiotic and four use no soda at all, there is something for the guests who would otherwise be handed a bottle of water.

Yes — that is how Sip Well started.
